The BillMonitor project

The BillMonitor project was launched in 2005. BillMonitor is Optimor's first comparison service, a telecommunications comparison engine focused on mobile services.

The needs of mobile users are poorly reflected in their choice of mobile services. For example, while your calling habits evolve, most of you don't have the time to keep your tariff plans updated. Or, when novel independent services such as VOIP for international calls or data-driven texting become available, you learn about these with delay.
